Lovers
Tonight there'll be celebrations,
Amongst the hearts of couples and lovers,
For some disappointment and unhappiness,
All rests in God's arms above us;
Loves' lectures tells us what's best,
Tells us right from wrong,
Affairs and jealousy his test,
Some make it and some fail;
Unhappy souls may rest in peace,
Shame and disgrace shall be unspoken,
Live your life and live it well,
Even if you're heartbroken;
So open your eyes and ears,
Hear the soul's kisses,
Be alert all of the time,
And God shall grant your wishes.
