In the shadows you stood,
Popular, amazing and happy,
Being yourself the way you should,
No stress, no weight to carry;

You were in love,
With a beautiful girl,
Like two spring doves,
Caught up in a whirl;

But things came to end,
The sky came crashing,
The mess you tried to mend,
Your heart tumbled to the ground smashing;

Alas you went on,
Put on your brave face,
Your feelings not gone,
Heart beating at a slower pace;

Your friend in the shadows,
Helped you stay strong,
You battled the tears,
Laughed and went on;

But what information we lacked,
Was information unknown,
Three important words,
To tell you their goal;
