Belong

You hurt yet you cause it,
If you loved me then why leave?
We could be together again,
If you just believed;

I know that life is difficult,
And people judge with ease,
But whenever I'm in your arms,
Life is just a breeze;

People's beliefs are straight forward,
And they don't understand or feel,
All I know and I know for sure,
Is my love for you is real;

People may not like it,
But they see no sense,
I'd give my life to be with you,
I'd rush to your defence;

Although there's many hurdles,
And the road for sure is long,
Well pull through and make it,
Because you and I belong.
